How can I set up my Social Security Check for Direct Deposit?

Call our office and the form can be mailed to you or you can call the Social Security Office (618-463-6568) and give them your name, account number and our routing number which is 281077593.

How can I reorder my checks?

Mail the reorder slip or drop it off at the Credit Union. For faster service by ordering on line, click here.

Can I make my VISA payment at the Credit Union?

Yes, your payment can be made at our office.

How long does the loan process take?

We often can have an answer within the hour. However, some situations require a little longer.

What is the Tier rated system?

It is a rating based upon an applicant's credit history. This score is computed and provided by the credit reporting agency (Trans Union). Exemplary credit histories receive the higher scores.

Has my check been directly deposited yet? If so, how much was it for?

Using the 24 hour automated audio response telephone (C.A.S.H.) system. Enter the two digit action code of "54."

Can I get a copy of my statement?

Yes, a $2.00 fee applies to each month printed.

Do you have Money Orders?

Yes, a $2.00 fee applies to each money order. Maximum amount per money order is $500.00

Can I pay my property taxes at Atlas Community Credit Union?

Yes, bring the tax coupon that is mailed to you into the credit union.

Can I purchase my Vehicle License Sticker at Atlas Community Credit Union?

Yes, you need to bring in the pre-printed form. We can deduct the amount directly from your checking account. Presently, stickers are $78.00. A $5.00 fee applies; the fee is $2.50 for Atlas Adventurers and Board Members.

Can I purchase Savings Bonds at Atlas Community Credit Union?

Yes, we provide two types of bonds (series EE & series I). Series EE can be purchased and redeemed here, at the Credit Union. However, series I bonds can only be purchased at the Credit Union. In order to redeem series I bonds, the bearer must go to the Federal reserve. More information is available in the lobby of the Credit Union. I bonds are primarily used for educational purposes.
